The first full territorial application of the TRERESORT system, originally developed for Cabo Verde. This pilot translates the universal TRERESORT model into a concrete island context and shows how tourism, local value, landscape, infrastructure and long-term development can be connected within one coherent framework. It represents the project’s original starting point and its first complete national application.

A fully localized national application of the TRERESORT system developed for Madagascar. The document adapts the universal framework to the Indian Ocean environment, local landscape, biodiversity, infrastructure conditions, community needs and long-term economic development. It shows how TRERESORT can acquire a distinct national identity while preserving the core logic of the system.
